Course Curriculum:
Module 1: Background
An introduction to the world of workshops. In this module we’ll go over; why we are all-in on workshops, the successes we’ve seen through running workshops, and why workshops are better than traditional meetings.
Module 2: The Anatomy of a Workshop
Designing excellent custom workshops requires a deep understanding of some core fundamentals. In this module we’ll cover the building blocks that the perfect workshops consists of, as well as the principles, frameworks and mechanics behind all successful workshops. The module will also share foundational exercises you’ll need to build your own workshops.
Module 3: The 6 Laws of Master-Level Facilitation
In this module, we’ll cover what it takes to be a facilitator that stands head and shoulders above the competition. You’ll learn the 6 key ingredients for becoming a Master-level facilitator who can guide teams to a successful outcome with confidence every time. These are the ‘laws’ that have helped us wow clients and deliver an unforgettable experience time and time again.
Module 4: The Art of Workshop Design
In this module, we’ll show you how workshop creation happens at AJ&Smart. We’ll take sample client briefs and will build a custom workshop ‘live’ to address each brief, using the AJ&Smart Workshop Builder Canvas. You’ll be able to see the exact process we use when building complex client workshops, and you’ll get to ‘listen in’ on the conversations we have as a team going through the process.
Module 5: Selling Workshops
In this module, you’ll learn exactly how AJ&Smart sell premium workshops to clients. We’ll teach the core sales and marketing principles that drive AJ&Smart, our exact sales process, how to price workshops, selling internally within an organization, and how to increase your ‘day rate’. This module is designed to help you use workshops to increase your revenue/income.
Bonus: Master Recipes
