I like that it puts human skills such as emotional intelligence, intuition, and coaching competencies before the AI tools, because AI should support the coach rather than try to become the coach. That makes the whole concept feel a lot more grounded.
The practical AI side is where things get even more useful. You learn prompting, session preparation, pattern identification, progress tracking, between-session support, and ways to integrate AI throughout the client journey. The ethics module is another big plus, especially around confidentiality, data handling, and knowing what information should never be pasted into an AI model.
